I love this place. I have been a patient here for a little over a year and it’s like home, I’m treated like family and every staff member is nice especially Dr. Monica and Dr. Cindy and the environment is very smooth and loving and i couldn’t be happier❤️❤️

Words cannot describe how much we appreciate and love the staff at East TN Orthodontics. Both of my children needed braces and the process was smooth. Dr. Trisler and the staff are professional…plus they are awesome people. From beginning to end, it has been such a pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend anyone that needs or thinking about getting braces to visit them. You won’t be disappointed.

Our son just had his braces removed last week and he was able to sign the wall at the new Karns location. The entire experience was great, from the first appointment to the last. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. The staff is fantastic and the doctor is awesome. I would highly recommend this orthodontist office! 10/10 Thanks Y’all!!
